It is just as Carlo says. This is a common problem on many sites. I find that 
"shift left-click" is the best way (that means hold down the shift key on the 
keyboard while you click the address with the left mouse button - or the 
right mouse button if you have set it for left-handed use). This keystroke 
takes you straight to the "save as..." dialog in most browsers.

You may file with some browsers that the file gets unzipped during download 
so you may need to play with the tar options to untar it.
