Comparison between lilo and grub

Hello all,

I'm not subscribed to this list, so will view through the archives.

I've been asked to do a comparison between the two. Although I realize 
probably that Grub is better for larger hard-drives I don't really have 
any ammuntion to prove that's it has better features.

This is for my boss btw.

Any pros and cons would be appreciated.
