How should the shots be shown -- in the status bar?

Do you count all shots or only those where the opponent is likely to
be hit? See the following two examples:

Here X has 2 shots against the 14pt, 27 shots against the 2pt and 22
shots against the 1pt. 2 rolls does hint anything (21).

In this case I guess that X will not hit on the 2pt with 31. So do we
include 31 as a hit?
