[Bug-gnubg] asymmetrical match equity tables

I recently read Jacob & Trice's "Can A Fish Taste Twice As Good?" which 
I'd roughly sum up with the single line "Adjust your takepoint by 1% 
for each 50pts of rating difference".

If I import one of their tables for unequal players, is there a way to 
get gnubg to read it correctly keeping the stronger and weaker players 
separate?
