[about problems with reviewing analysed matches]
My biggest problem is that to see the analysis I must *always* have the
cube decision information covering the board. There is simply no possible
way to see the analysis (even one line) and the board at the same time.
I don't know at what resolution you work or how you like to arrange your
windows, but I don't have any problem with this personally.
My lay-out on screen is: GNUBG board at upper left "quarter" of screen;
Game record in the space under that (left bottom "third" of screen) and
annotation at the full right half of the screen, like this: (warning:
amateuristic ASCII art following!)
+--------++-------------+
| || |
| BOARD || ANNOTATION |
| || EQ INFO ETC |
| || ........... |
+--------+| MOVES |
+--------+| |
| GAME || |
| RECORD || ........... |
| || TEXT, NOTES |
+--------++-------------+
Could this solve your problems maybe?
