Cannot Install gettext-0.17 FreeBSD 7_2

Good Day,

I am trying to install the zenoss 2.4 application on FreeBSD 7.2, however
some of us cannot compile gettext-0.17 for an unknown reason.

The zenoss installation requires the rrdtool which requires gettext. The
gettext version in the zenoss package is gettext-0.17 and includes the
gettext-0.17.all.patch01 here: http://pastie.org/479083

The compile time error I get is some what similar to the post about
"gettext-0.17-build-problem-with-libcroco-td". However, the difference
between them is zenoss installs the application under /user/local/zenoss and
is independent from the OS packages when building the rrddtool dependencies
- meaning they are all provided by the zenoss install package.

So I tried following one of the suggestions ^^ by adding
--with-included-glib to the build options (confopts) in the rrddeps.sh
script; in addition trying out a few of my own without success.

My entry in the zenoss rrddps install script:

dep=gettext
confopts="--with-included-gettext --with-included-glib
--with-included-libcroco --with-incl
uded-libxml"
patch="gettext-0.17.all.patch01"
build_dep
