ORIENTATION

I am by this medium seeking your consent for
nomination as one of the foreign participants of the
great project which the President has commissioned us.
Our committee has been mandated to reach out to 5,000
professionals in developed countries that have an age
long democratic system of government. The purpose is
so that they shall prepare papers and referenda to
participate in a conference to hold within the first
quarter of next year, 2004.

As the President has just been reelected, one of his
intentions is to ensure that he passes a legacy to the
Nigerian populace by ensuring that democracy is
entrenched in the Nigerian populace, making the people
understand the gains and rewards of true democratic
governance. It is for this purpose that he has
commissioned us on this pet project of his which is
only at the beginning stages.

To demonstrate the seriousness and magnitude of the
project, we have been already been provided with funds
to cover upfront payments to nominated participants
for the conference. As soon as we receive your
response confirm sincere interest in rendering the
necessary service, we will give you a fuller picture
of your tasks and provide with instructions to follow.
These shall include providing your name and vocation,
postal address and contact information then choosing a
topic to present papers on from an extensive list that
will be given you.

To clear issues, understand that at no time whatsoever
shall we request you to pay any amounts from your
funds so do not mistake this for a bogus scam email.

We await your prompt response on this issue and
sincerely hope you will accept our nomination so we
might proceed to the next stages immediately.
