findutils -- feature request for database with relative pathnames

Hi,

I'd like to resubmit the feature request for locate databases with relative
pathnames (originally bugzilla #19485), this time updated for git/findutils
as of 2008-09-05 (today), as suggested/requested by James Youngman.
