No need to send samples. You should be able to see for yourself if
the footer file you generate works or not.

For now. I might eventually move it into AH_TEMPLATE macros in
configure.in, but the config.h.footer should do for the time being.

Huh? If you are talking about warnings you actually saw on your last
run, an #undef in windows-NT/config.h.in.in should do the trick. Try
running mkconfig.pl again with your generated config.h.in as the source.
If you mean the warnings I cut out of your sample script entirely when
creating mkconfig.pl, then there's nothing to worry about. :)
