Hi Tim,

Rather than upgrade my old installation of BE-web 1.1, I just destroyed the whole installation. (called a 'droplet' at digitalocean.com) I don't remember which Ubuntu I had, but it would have been the newest version available in September or August. So I started with a clean installation of Ubuntu 13.10 64.

On the server, it is possible to get at least to the login screen of Bibledit-Web, but it displays unusual information there, and the default login does not work, or it works partially, and gives a lot of error message. 

Bibledit-Web has been well-tested and is stable on Ubuntu 13.04. Putting that on your server will get Bibledit going.

As to Ubuntu 13.10, it may need some time to iron our their bugs.
