[Bayonne-devel] Voicetronix Openline4 hangup detect

I've gone through the archive and see that I am not the only who's had
this problem. I was unable to find a final good word on fixing it though. 

^hangup doesn't detect the dropped carrier.

I am running bayonne 1.2.13. 

Any help would be appreciated.
