This should be installed on my system. But i am a noob in using this makefile things. ;-) There are so many different variants out there ... ../trunk/avrdude$ autoconf configure.ac:33: error: possibly undefined macro: AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE If this token and others are legitimate, please use m4_pattern_allow. See the Autoconf documentation. configure.ac:75: error: possibly undefined macro: AM_PROG_CC_C_O The only "official" HowTo is this one: http://www.nongnu.org/avrdude/user-manual/avrdude_18.html#Unix But it only describes what to do with a downloaded package. It would be very helpful when it is updated. Alternative it would be helpful to update the README in the main project folder. Normally i find there a short descripton with some steps what to do for noob users. Thanks.
