Thanks for providing a new release of WinAVR.

I will test and use it in the next days.

But I have a comment to the uninstallation of your last 
distribution. It deletes the whole WinAVR folder with all files. 
Even if I have modified them or added additional tools. I think it 
would be better if these files are not deleted as it is handled with 
other uninstallation processes.
