[AUCTeX] How to use run texify from Auctex

Hi,

I'd like to be able to run Miktex's 'texify' from Auctex. I've tried
M-x customize-option -> TeX-command-list, but can't make much sense of
how to use the 'customisation buffer' that results.

Is the customisation buffer the way to do this? If so, is there some
documentation I can read somewhere on how to use it?
