XML Dictionary Handler is ready. I tried it with a small file and it worked.

I had to change the DictionaryEntry to support the new <root> tag.

You will find two classes for Dictionary and CompatibilityTable.

There's a small surprise! The dictionary loader works for both XML structures correctly. No need to change one line of code when changing XML files!

I haven't added the interface yet. (DictionaryHandler).

You will need to change some other classes to support the new XMLDictionaryHandler. This is because is works with Arabic text not romanized text. Simply, find all calls to the funciton romanizeWord(String), and remove it.

 

Revise it and tell me your opinion.
