Wget from downloading at 1.3 GB/s at 95% utilization to 2 GB/s at ~45%
utilization. This is about the same performance I can see from Curl as well.
I believe my nginx server serving the test file is now the bottleneck on my
system as it runs at 95% utilization while the download is going on.
Could you please see how this affects the performance on your end? Then we can
think of new ideas to try.
