The idea is to provide both, the all-in-one libwget *and* the smaller /
multiple libwget-xxx libraries.
The smaller libraries allow to pick a certain feature for your app without
pulling in all the other function groups, e.g. you could use the HTML or Atom
parser without pulling in network code.
I believe this might only be relevant in rare corner cases, the Gnunet project
once asked for it, so I assume there are real use cases.
