It's relative easy to add this for wget2, so far we just kept wget1.x
compatibility here.
I wonder how many wget command lines out there rely on the fact that the second
option overrides the first one and that will break if we do as you suggest -
likely not many.
So yeah, let's go yolo mode and just do it :-)
(If nobody else picks it up, I'll address this as soon as I have time.)
