Details:
I've tested this against the latest git code.
When I use weechat to connect to a running bitlbee server, identify, and then
add a new account with [account add jabber address@hidden <password>],
the resulting account is incapable of connecting. But when I add the account
in irssi, it connects, and proceeds to work fine in irssi or weechat or what
have you.
It seems to affect some nickservs as well. Not always, but sometimes a
nickserv registration done in weechat won't work in irssi.
