With patch its possible to use multi-color for prefixes ACTION, ERROR,
NETWORK, JOIN, QUIT:

/set weechat.color.chat_prefix_quit *red
/set weechat.look.prefix_quit ":${234}::"

/set weechat.color.chat_prefix_join 234
/set weechat.look.prefix_join "::${*green}:"

or:

/set weechat.look.prefix_quit "${*red}:${234}::"
/set weechat.look.prefix_join "${234}::${*green}:"
