Details:

When using the bar item [aspell_suggest] and we are shown a suggestion, then
we toggle the spell check, the bar item still displays all the suggestions. In
my opinion the default behavior should be that when we toggle the spell check,
the displayed suggestions should disappear.

How to reproduce:
1) Add [aspell_suggest] to a bar
2) Enable aspell and misspell a word
3) Use default meta+s keybind (/aspell toggle)
