Details:

It seems that when WeeChat can't draw a single character of the actual
"window", because bars completely fill the screen, it hangs with 100% CPU
usage.


I was able to reproduce this behavior with a fresh config like this:
- Connect to freenode, join a channel. (I haven't had this happen in the core
buffer.)
- Increase the size of the nicklist bar; I set it to 10.
- Resize the terminal window so that it is as wide as the bar.

At this point, WeeChat will stop redrawing and hang.


I have attached two backtraces of such incidents.
