Details:

When I connect to ::1 via IPv6, this is what weechat sends:

USER compiler compiler ::1 :Florian Bruhin

This means the value ":1 :Florian Bruhin" is taken as the server name.
According to grawity in IRC, 0::1 would be the correct thing to send.
