Details:

Some channels have modes with long argument lists, such as:

+nrcTfj [3c#C3,4j#R8,3k#K6,20m#M10,3n#N6,6t#b]:5 4:5

(flood-protection settings for UnrealIRCd)

+CLPcntjf 5:10 #freenode-unreg

(join-flood settings and forwarding target on ircd-seven)

These cause other items such as lagmeter and hotlist to scroll off-screen in a
average-sized terminal.

An option to only display modes without arguments (just "+nrcTfj" and
"+CLPcntjf") in the status bar would be useful.
