Details:
sometimes i want to grow a window while shrinking the one e.g. below it, but
it will instead use the one above. it would be nice to have a way to specify
which direction to use, e.g. add a param to resize, up|down, telling where to
"take/give" lines.
it could also be done through mouse action: for example ctrl + mouse gesture,
and according to click position, detect the 2 windows near click and change
their size according to gesture (reduce or expand, to the good direction)
