Details:
We can send notices and whois results to the current buffer using
irc.msgbuffer.notice "current" and irc.msgbuffer.whois "current", but we
cannot do the same with private messages. There should be an option for
irc.msgbuffer.privmsg that allows private messages to be sent to the current
buffer, as opposed to them having to open their own.
