Details:
Variables such as $nick are expanded when using user-defined aliases, for
example:
/alias wc /msg #weechat
/msg #weechat hello $nick
-> <Deltafire> hello $nick
/wc hello $nick
-> <Deltafire> hello Deltafire
Hard to say if this is a bug, but it was certainly not expected behaviour.
