Details:

Irssi has this feature when executing

/window immortal on

in some window that this window can't be closed by

/close

command. User has to execute

/window immortal off

to be able to close the window.

It would be nice to have something similar in weechat for buffers as it can
prevent from accidentally closing important ones.
