Details:
some files have references to stdout and stderr named variables,
stdout and stderr are macros from the standard sdtio.h.
since they are marcos freely/differently implemented,
used as variable names can have inpredictable consequences.
In the case of OpenBSD it doesn't compile.
please consider this modification.
