Details:

1)  I can't find a /set invite_autojoin = on flag or anything like that, to
automatically join invited cannels

2)  When someone sends a /invite to you, I believe it should it cause the
buffer to be highlighted on the infobar part... ie, the [1, 2, 4, 14] bar
thingy.  I have missed many invites because I didn't see any special server
messages due to lack of highlighting, as shown in the attached screenshot.
