[Weechat-dev] [bug #23153] when the bottom line is a join or part, one of the prior posts gets repeated

Follow-up Comment #6, bug #23153 (project weechat):

I think I was wrong in thinking this has anything to do with joins or parts.

It's not that weechat scrolls up too little for the next item; it's that
weechat scrolls up *too much*.  Here is a screenshot where you can see an
empty line:  http://img.flashtux.org/img13267e03953cx444566b2.png  That
channel was quite busy at that time and it took a while before the gui caught
up and filled in that blank line.
