[Weechat-dev] [bug #23153] when the bottom line is a join or part, one of the prior posts gets repeated

Follow-up Comment #4, bug #23153 (project weechat):

First my :) was double. 

Then I opened a new terminal above (scaling the weechat-console) and closed
that again. then that line was just empty (the last one). 

Then that <-- atc (....   came and filled the empty line.
