Scenario:
  leetkid
  ]_leetkid
  {{leetkid}}

  are users on a chan.

Current behaviour:
  l<tab> will only complete to "leetkid"

Preferred behaviour:
  l<tabbing> should cycle through all of their names ignoring the leading
special chars, which are hard to type.
  (at least on some keyboard layouts)

Solution:
  let weechat ignore non-alphabetical characters when looking for matching
nicks
