Details:

if yo have a regular file named /tmp/foo, and if you start WeeChat like :
weechat-curses --dir /tmp/foo, regular file /tmp/foo will be deleted and a
directory named /tmp/foo will be created and populate with weechat config
stuff.

This should be anoying to erase data without prompting anything. It will be
great to test if "--dir option" exists as a regular file and in that case
stop WeeChat and display an error.
