Details:

It would be nice to save the order of buffers when closing, and check to see
if a buffer number exists when joining a channel.  I have come to know my
numerous channels by numbers (Alt+4 is #vim, heh), but when joining multiple
servers, they get all messed up simply because of server delay/join timings.

I believe IRSSI has a feature like this.  It would be a great addition here
too.
