I think it's done like this:

+['quote_node_names',
+undef,
+{'test_file' => 'nodequote.texi',},
+{'INFO_SPECIAL_CHARS_QUOTE'=>1,
+'INFO_SPECIAL_CHARS_WARNING'=>0,}
+],
