while in flushleft ... in HTML it is in a regular paragraph except
that it has align="left".
That does not seem right. @flushleft is supposed to be a line-for-line
environment. align="left" is implementing the (nonexistent) @raggedleft
instead, as far as I can see.
Same thing for @flushright.
