Well, frankly speaking I found the usual -a functionality (when info
displays a menu of the info pages it has located) pretty helpful, so
I'd rather not remove it.  The problem with --output that I've seen
was simply that the output file was overwritten with each new node,
instead of being appended to.  That's what I fixed in the recent commit.
Are there any more problems with that output?
