texi2html in texinfo manual

Patrice, I wrote a short section on texi2html in the manual.
Please take a look and make suggestions :).

How convenient that it is numbered 1000 :).  I'm very glad you've
already talked to them about it.  I'm not entirely sure from there where
things stand from when it leaves off in October.  Is it possible to
implement everything they need now?

I don't understand their xref?node?translation? mapping thing at all ...
