Classpath project

Hi all!

I'm sorry if this is a late request, but things are very busy for me
those days and I had very seldom Internet access in the last few days.

Despite this, I would love if GNU Classpath can be again part of the
GSoc this year under the GNU umbrella.

I prepared a webpage like every year:

Please, let me know what needs to be done or if this is not possible at all.
