Apologies to Johan for the rejected e-mail. It appears the forum e-
mail address I used to register was one that goes out of a server 
that only accepts inbound e-mails from specific countries, a 
complete fopah on my part.

A different  "personal" e-mail address has been registered with the 
forum.

Many thanks to John C for giving some possible alternatives for my 
compilation problem.
