Just some more follow-up. It appears the "which" developer enabled
the git repository (on 2021-05-22) but has not pushed anything to it.
Previously which used the cvs repository. As far as I can see only
the cvs repository has actual source code in it.

Since there hasn't been anything pushed there in a year I checked the
box to disable the repository. It is empty. It can always be enabled
again.
