Savannah Hackers,
When browsing Savannah over https, I noticed that some of the links to the
repositories, don't force an http url scheme. It would be great if https
was maintained in those links.
For example, when looking at the Emacs page:
<https://savannah.gnu.org/git/?group=emacs>, I see the following snippet
in the html:
```
<p>You can Browse the Git repository of this project with
your web browser. This gives you a good picture of the current status of the
source files. You may also view the complete histories of any file in the
repository as well as differences among two versions.</p>
<ul>
<li><a href="http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/emacs.git">Emacs source
repository</a></li>
<li><a href="http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/emacs/elpa.git">ELPA</a></li>
```
The same is true on the Guix page.
Best,
Jack
