As part of the infrastructure upgrade efforts,
I'm going to switch the following to the new
servers in order to register an HTTPS certificate:
audio-video.gnu.org
download-mirror.savannah.gnu.org
arch.savannah.gnu.org
This might result in a brief disruption to the services,
