sed.git has two enabled hooks: update and post-update .

The 'update' hook pointing to '/usr/local/bin/git-cia' .
CIA is this (decommissioned) service:  http://cia.vc
This can probably be removed.

The 'post-update' simple calls 'git-update-server-info'.
