Hi Bob and Savannah Hackers,

It's that time of the year again. Could you please put the fsf.org
banner up on Savannah like you did last year?

Preserving the iframe structure is great, because we plan to change the
text in coming months and it will eliminate the need for manual edits.
But if you need to rebuild it somehow, that's ok too. You can see a
rebuilt version on gnu.org
