I just browsed through some of the chatter on irc and it appears that
the exim daemon on fencepost had died for unknown reasons.  Ruben
found it and started it some hours ago.  And by the discussion
apparently the checker that should have notified sysadm is broken so
there was no automated notification to sysadmin about it as there
ought to have been.
