Hello,

Mirmon [0] suggests three mirrors [1] have been MIA for more than
a year, and one [2] for more than two months.

The records on fencepost suggest that the GNU mirror
on mirror.weathercity.com has been removed in May, 2014;
I found no data for the rest.

How do we maintain Savannah mirror list?
