[Savannah-hackers-public] savannah ssh access

A few minutes ago I made some changes to root ssh access on all savannah
hosts, notably:

1) Eric Noulard is now enabled (welcome Eric!), and
2) many past hackers who are inactive, AFAIK, are now disabled.

If any still-active people find they now cannot log in, please let me
know, and sorry.

Also, FYI, I wrote a tiny script to copy mgt:/root/.ssh/authorized_keys
around to all the other hosts, and mgt:/root/.ssh/vm_authorized_keys as
well.  (I understand why these two were different in the past, but
nowadays, the only differences were clearly unintentional.)

I updated ShellAccess and a few other wiki pages accordingly.

P.S. Eric, I used the "mykey.pub" RSA key that you sent to sysadmin for
fencepost access.
