Hi Joan - thanks for pursuing this!  Your reply looks very good to me.

The only thing I would add in this case is that the man page can/should
include license information also, since help2man has provisions for
including a COPYRIGHT section.  (The basic idea is to have the --version
output the license info, as many GNU programs do, and then help2man
automatically finds it.  There are other ways too, as explained in the
help2man doc.)

At any rate, I added you to the (Savannah) administration project as an
administrator -- https://savannah.gnu.org/projects/administration/
After logging in to savannah, you should have a new "become superuser"
option in the web interface (left-hand menu bar).  Click that.
Then please go ahead and take that task and reply to the submitter.
